The bill emphasizes the importance of regular visits to the veterinary doctors and care routines for a minimum of three years times to make sure that the owners have not neglected their pets and have performed their duty towards taking care of the same.

While getting insurance cover for their pets one needs to ensure that their pets get a cover up to their end of their life, as most of the insurance policies offer till a limited period,  which might not be helpful to the owner as almost all the pets need medical care during their older age than in the younger age.
